Vancouver Lake Crew's Middle school Team is composed of rowers from 6th through 8th graders from many schools. Practice is held after school at 4:00 PM at the VLC facility on the southeast shore of Vancouver Lake. (See Location) During the Spring, Fall, and Summer months.    Winter rowing times on Saturdays to be determined.

The Spring practice starts around March-May. 

Fall starts around Sept.-Nov.

The Middle School Team rows from 4-5:45 AM.
